What is Cardiome’s Business?

 

Cardiome Pharma Corp. is a product-focused cardiovascular drug development company with two late-stage clinical drug programs focused on atrial arrhythmia (intravenous and oral dosing), a Phase 1 program for GED-aPC, an engineered analog of recombinant human activated Protein C, and a pre-clinical program directed at improving cardiovascular function.

When are Cardiome’s fiscal quarter and year-end dates, and what are the corresponding dates for release of results?

 

As of 2003, Cardiome operates on a fiscal year ending December 31; previously the year end was November 30. Our quarterly reporting periods are March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. Quarterly results are issued approximately 6 weeks after the end of the reporting period.
